Local Lead Generation

Your next customer is searching right now. They're finding someone else.

Narrow Gate Digital builds and ranks local service websites, then hands the calls they produce to one company in that market. Not four. One.

A fifteen minute call is usually enough to tell. We'll take a look at your market and let you know what we find.

The problem

If you're trying to grow, you've probably tried one of these

Shared lead services

You buy the lead. So do four of your competitors. Now you're in a race to the bottom on price with a customer who was never really yours.

A website nobody finds

You paid for a site you're proud of. It sits on page four where almost nobody scrolls, and the phone stays quiet anyway.

Word of mouth

It built your business and it's the best lead you'll ever get. It also dries up in January, and you can't turn it up when you need to.

What this actually is

We build the websites. You get the calls.

Narrow Gate Digital builds local service websites and does the work to get them ranking on Google for the searches your customers actually type. When a site starts producing calls in your city, those calls go to one company.

You don't build anything. You don't log into anything. There's no site for you to maintain and no software to learn. You answer the phone and do the work you're already good at.

We own and operate the sites. You get exclusive rights to the calls in your market. That arrangement is the whole point, because your phone ringing is the only reason you'd keep working with us.

Fit

This works well for some businesses and badly for others

We'd rather tell you now than take a call we both regret.

A good fit

  • You have capacity to take on more work right now
  • You serve a defined area and you know its boundaries
  • Someone answers the phone during business hours
  • You can follow up on a new lead the same day
  • You want more of the work you already do well

Not a fit

  • You want a website built for you to own
  • You're already at capacity and turning work away
  • Calls go to voicemail and get returned tomorrow
  • You're shopping for the cheapest option available
  • You need the phone ringing this week

How it works

Four steps, and three of them are ours

Build

We build a site for one service in one city. Real pages, real answers to what people are searching for, built to earn a phone call rather than win a design award.

Rank

We do the technical and off site work to get that site in front of people at the moment they're looking. This is the slow part. It takes months, not days, and anyone who tells you different is selling ads.

Route

Calls from the site route straight to your phone on a tracked, recorded line. Nothing changes about how you take a call. You just get more of them.

You close

This is the part you already do better than we ever could. You pick up, you quote the job, and you win the work the same way you have been all along.

What you get

The terms that matter

  • Exclusive in your market. One company per service, per city. Your competitors can't buy their way in behind you.
  • Tracked and recorded calls. You hear every call that came from us. No arguing about where the work came from.
  • Nothing to build or maintain. No site to manage, no logins, no plugins, no hosting bill.
  • Built around your service area. We target the towns you actually drive to, not a radius that looks tidy on a map.
  • Monthly reporting in plain English. How many calls, what people searched, what turned into work.
  • A direct line to the owner. You reach us directly. There is no account manager, no ticket queue, no offshore team.

From a client

Nine days in

"We started with Narrow Gate Digital nine days ago and I've already closed 4 jobs off it. We're up about 25 percent in that stretch, and the leads keep coming."

"Fair warning: you still have to be able to close. Mason puts you in front of people who are actively looking for what you do. The selling is on you."

"What matters just as much to me is trust. He's easy to get hold of and he does what he says. That goes a long way in my book."

One client's results over nine days. What a site produces depends on the service, the market, and how fast calls get returned, so treat this as one example rather than a projection.

Questions

The things people ask first

How long until I see calls?

It depends on how we start together. Sometimes we already have a site producing calls in your area, and we'll run a free lead trial so you can judge the calls yourself before any money changes hands. Other times we're starting from scratch in your market. In that case we agree on a small monthly amount up front and only raise it as the site climbs and the call volume becomes real.

That second path takes months rather than weeks, because local ranking is earned rather than bought. We'll tell you which one applies to your market on the first call.

What if my competitor calls you first?

One company per service, per city. The first conversation that turns into a working relationship takes the market, and we don't go back on that to make an extra dollar. It's the only reason exclusivity means anything.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, and we'd argue that's a good thing. Agreements are a normal part of running a business. In a 2025 survey commissioned by Adobe Acrobat, 91 percent of US small business owners said they work with contracts at least monthly.

Ours is a simple one page agreement covering the specific terms on both sides, so nobody is guessing what they signed up for and we can both put real effort into making the thing work.

Do I own the website?

No. We build, own and operate it. You get exclusive rights to the calls it produces in your market, which is what keeps our attention pointed squarely at your phone ringing.

What does it cost?

It depends on the service, the market, and what the site actually produces. That's a real conversation, not a number on a web page.

What if the leads aren't any good?

Tell us, and we'll get to the bottom of it together. Every call is recorded, so we can both listen to the same thing instead of trading opinions about it.

Sometimes the site is pulling the wrong searches and the keywords need retargeting, which is ours to fix. Sometimes the calls are solid and the issue is further down the line in how they're being quoted or followed up. We'll say so plainly, and help you tighten that part up. Either way it's one problem with two sets of hands on it.

Next step

Let's find out if your market is worth building

Tell us what you do, what city you serve, and whether you have room for more work. That's enough for us to say whether there's anything here worth either of our time.
