Terms of Service
Last updated October 19, 2026. These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement that governs paid work, which is always a separate signed document.
1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Narrow Gate Digital LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Narrow Gate Digital", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
2. What this website is
This site describes our lead generation services. Everything on it is general information only. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, a guarantee, or a binding commitment, and nothing here creates a client relationship between you and us. A client relationship begins only when both sides sign a written agreement.
3. Services, in outline
Narrow Gate Digital builds, owns and operates local service websites and makes the calls those sites produce available to one business per service, per market. We retain full ownership of the websites, domain names, phone numbers, content and associated accounts unless a signed agreement says otherwise in writing. Access to leads is a service, not a transfer of any asset.
4. No guarantee of rankings, leads or revenue
Search rankings are controlled by third parties such as Google, not by us. Search algorithms, competitor behavior, seasonality and market conditions change without notice and are outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, position, call volume, lead quality, conversion rate, revenue or return on investment. Any timeline, projection or example discussed with you or shown on this site is an estimate based on experience, not a promise of results.
5. The signed agreement controls
Where a signed client agreement exists between you and Narrow Gate Digital, that agreement governs pricing, term, exclusivity, lead delivery, cancellation and every other commercial term. If anything in these website terms conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
6. Call tracking and call recording
Phone numbers shown on our websites are tracked numbers. Calls placed to them may be recorded and stored for quality assurance, lead verification and dispute resolution. Recording is disclosed to callers at the start of the call. Washington State requires the consent of all parties to record a private conversation under RCW 9.73.030, and other states have similar laws. If you continue a call after the recording announcement, you consent to being recorded. If you do not consent, end the call and contact us in writing instead.
7. Text messaging (SMS) terms
Program. Narrow Gate Digital LLC sends text messages to people who give their mobile number through the chat box on this website and check the consent box. Informational messages cover replies to your enquiry, scheduling, account updates and customer care. Promotional messages, such as service offers, are only sent if you separately agree to them.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, message us again and opt in.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, email admin@narrowgate-digital.com or call (916) 952-3477.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narrow Gate Digital and its members, managers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, lost data or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of this website, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00). Liability arising from paid services is governed exclusively by your signed client agreement and is not expanded by this section.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
15. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page is the version in effect, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable provision is applied to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Contact
