Privacy Policy
Last updated October 19, 2026. The short version: this website has no analytics and no advertising trackers. The only way it collects anything is the chat box, and only if you choose to use it. We never sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent. The longer version is below.
1. Who this covers
This policy explains how Narrow Gate Digital LLC ("Narrow Gate Digital", "we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with this website and the phone numbers and email addresses shown on it.
2. What this website collects
This site has no newsletter signup, no analytics software and no advertising pixels. Simply reading these pages does not create an account, a profile or a marketing record.
The site has one chat box. If you use it, we receive the name, phone number and message you type, along with the consent choices you check. The chat box is run by our customer messaging provider, which may use browser storage to keep the conversation open while you move between pages.
Like effectively every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical request logs, which can include IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and time of request. These logs exist for security and reliability, are generated by the host rather than by us, and are not used to build a profile of you or combined with anything else.
3. What we collect when you contact us
If you email us or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, email address, phone number, business name and the content of your message. We keep that so we can answer you and, if we end up working together, so we have a record of the conversation.
4. Call tracking and recording
Phone numbers on our websites are tracked numbers provided by a third party call tracking service. When a call is placed to one of these numbers we may collect the calling number, the date, time and duration of the call, and an audio recording of the call itself.
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, lead verification and dispute resolution. Recording is announced at the start of the call. Washington State requires all parties to consent to the recording of a private conversation under RCW 9.73.030, and several other states have equivalent all party consent laws. Staying on the line after the announcement is how consent is given. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up and email us instead at admin@narrowgate-digital.com.
Where a call is passed to a business we work with, that business receives your contact details and may receive the recording so it can serve you. That business is responsible for its own handling of your information under its own privacy practices.
5. Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number through the chat box on this site and check the consent box, Narrow Gate Digital LLC may send you text messages. Informational messages are replies to your enquiry, appointment and account updates, and customer care. Promotional messages are only sent if you separately check the box agreeing to them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation text and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at admin@narrowgate-digital.com or (916) 952-3477.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as our customer messaging provider, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. How we use information
We use what we collect to respond to enquiries, to deliver and improve our services, to verify which leads came from which website, to resolve billing or lead quality disputes, and to meet legal obligations. That is the entire list.
7. We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not trade it. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
8. Service providers
We rely on a small number of third parties to run the business, including a website host, a call tracking and recording provider, a customer messaging and text messaging provider, and an email provider. They process information only as needed to provide their service to us. Each maintains its own privacy policy.
9. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence and call records only as long as there is a business or legal reason to, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact details below, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@narrowgate-digital.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honor those where they apply. This site runs no trackers. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The version on this page is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
